About ME!

I’m an editorial assistant by day and at night, I’m a digital content creator who has a passion for romance novels and sitcoms.

When I graduated from college in 2018, I had no idea what to do. Struck by my love of writing, I created a blog after college and dedicated it to inspiring others. I loved so much what I did in my free time, it paved the way to working in editorial full-time. Combine writing and a love of pop culture and blogs, I eventually created “A Daily Dose” to give—quite literally—a daily dose of lifestyle, faith, and my opinions on pop culture including recaps on reality TV (The Bachelor), round-ups of new movies, music, podcasts, and of course, books, I’m loving.

I grew up on the outskirts of Richmond, VA and attended Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!). I have two older brothers, along with my mom and dad. My mom inspired my love of reading anything and everything, while my dad and brothers inspired my love of baseball.

Now living near Washington D.C., you can find me reading last month’s popular romance novel, drinking hot coffee, or petting my dog.

Who Am I? What Do I Like?

  • My all-time favorite show is Gilmore Girls. I can watch it any time of the year, no questions asked. Ask me who Rory’s best boyfriend is!

  • I’m in the process of writing my first book. It’s a young adult romance book set on a college campus.

  • I am a morning person, but my mornings consist of reading and journaling.

  • I love taking dance exercise classes!

  • My favorite romance tropes are: Friends to Lovers, Fake Dating, Grumpy/Sunshine. But I will always, always take a good Enemies to Lovers book.

  • I love Jesus, and will never not talk about Him.
